The Teaching degree in Mathematics at the Mathematics and Statistics Institute at USP aims at training mathematics teachers for the second phase of elementary school and middle school.

The Department of Mathematics at IME is responsible for the course. 50 vacancies are offered annually during the day and 100 at night. The ideal course lasts 4 years in daytime and 5 years at night.
